The Important Stuff!
What is the Return Policy?
All sales are final. We have a strict no refund, no return policy. If you received a defective item and the defect is due to our manufacturing, please contact our office for a Pre-Authorization Number. We will work quickly to resolve your issue and the item will be replaced/repaired free of charge.
All returns must be Pre-Authorized. Please use the contact us form to request the authorization number and return shipping address from customer service. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
How Can I Contact Customer Service?
Please email us using our "contact us" form or use the live chat feature located at the bottom of your screen. If you are having an issue submitting a form you may email us directly at sicklervilleapparel@gmail.com. Our team will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
When Will My Item Ship?
Items usually ship with 48 hours after the processing time.
We offer a variety of shipping methods. For standard shipping we use USPS Priority mail. Need it faster? We are able to offer expedited shipping with UPS and Fedex.
Order processing may take up to 3 days or longer if we need to order a special garment. After your order has been processed, we ship it.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the processing time of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Sicklerville Apparel accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
• Shop Pay, After Pay, Venmo
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time we are not offering International delivery.
Will The Color Be Exact?
The actual color may vary, because computer monitors display colors differently and everyone sees colors differently.
What Does Embroidered Mean?
This is when the design is sewn on with thread using a commercial embroidery machine.
How Do I Care For My Item?
Please see the details section for the specific product care instructions. Never iron directly on garment decoration (try inside out with warm iron). Hang Dry.
